HISTORY

Established in October 2007, Monir Ghaneian followed her dream to open her own boutique in Newport Beach and bring upscale and unique designs to women.

MEET THE OWNER

Monir Ghaneian has been in the retail business for over 20 years. Beginning with a sales position at Nordstrom then eventually moving to the St. John Knit Department. After a few years of exceptional sales, St. John owner’s Mary and Kelly Gray approached Monir to become a sales associate at their brand new store in Beverly Hills. Monir accepted this request and went on to becoming the number 1 sales associate for every single St. John knit store throughout the nation. She sold over 3 million dollars throughout her 8 year employment.

Known by her first name, Monir’s fashion sense garners much respect in the industry. Monir is very ambitious and opened her own sophisticated boutique, Tropez Boutique, in October of 2007. Monir’s passion for ‘dressing woman of all ages’ is well known and reflected in the designers showcasesd. Tadashi, Gizia, Rizal, Olivier Goureau and Premiere Knits are all Monir’s favorites. Tropez Boutique features an eclectic mix of accessories for woman of all ages!
